Application procedure

You can submit an application for academic year 2019-2020 from the 1st of August 2019 up to and including the 1st of June 2020.

Use the Flemish Community request form, which you can download from the website or ask for a request form at the Social Services’ office of your campus/Office for Student Affairs and send it to the following address:

You can also submit an online application through the website of the Department of Scholarships.

Note! The request form and the online application are in Dutch. If you need help filing the request or filling in the document, go to the Social Services’ office of your campus/Office for Student Affairs.
