If you receive a scholarship from the Flemish Community, you are entitled to pay the reduced tuition fee of € 131.50.
This also applies when you fulfill the financial conditions for a scholarship, but not the conditions of study (e.g. you are registered with a credit contract or for less than 27 credits, …). In that case you have to ask for the reduced tuition fee at the Social Services’ office/Office for Student Affairs.
If you exceed the maximum income limit with less than € 3,900 (amount for academic year 2024-2025) or you do not receive a scholarship because you or your parents own a second real estate property, you may be entitled to pay a partially reduced tuition fee under certain restricted conditions, which you have to ask at the Social Services’ office of your campus/Office for Student Affairs.
