With training vouchers for employees or civil servants (domiciled in Flanders or Brussels) the Flemish Community helps you pay the costs of the study program
- that you follow in the context of career guidance (website in Dutch only) or;
- that is included in the study program database Flemish Study Incentives (in Dutch: ‘opleidingsdatabank Vlaamse opleidingsincentives’) on condition that you did not yet obtain a degree in higher education (including a degree in HBO5, a degree of adult post-secondary education for social development purposes (in Dutch: ‘hoger onderwijs voor sociale promotie’) and a teaching certificate for secondary and higher education (in Dutch: ‘getuigschrift pedagogische bekwaamheid’)).
Per calendar year you can request the training vouchers at the VDAB (website in Dutch only) up to a maximum of € 250 (of which you pay only € 125). If you do not have a degree in higher education, you can get an additional contribution of € 125.
